General work context
After a diagnosis and analysis with the end used, a choice of a software that will be used in the computerized system of budgeting has to be made and existing also a development of a "tailorfit" software has to be executed.
In fact, P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc. have to create a database, on the public investments projects, in which the data will be supplied by the key players in the process of budgeting of the public investments program. Then, the information will be handled and processed by the database, in order to provide, at all moments, (in value and percentage), the situation on the physical and financial accomplishment of the public investments projects by sector of activity and by region. This information is required by the Minister and his high officials.
P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc.'s mandate:
- From a list of projects, create a database that defines, by sector of activities and by department, the investments of which the financing is assumed by the budget of the public investments program;
- Identify and propose a software able to insure the information processing that the database contains (and that allows a perpetual updating of the physical and financial performance level of the projects based on the information supplied by the periodical reports);
- Participate in the implementation of a computerized system, carry out its experimentation and bring on the corrections if necessary;
- Write the technical description relative to the use of the software for the means anticipated;
- Build databases;
- Software parameterization;
- Relevant experience in data processing;
- The project is executed using the software type Oracle and Dalphy.
