Overall project objectives

To provide the Finance Department of the City of Tatabanya with the tools necessary to properly administer its finances and project its cash position as well as monitoring and managing its accounts receivable and payable.

Areas covered - Summary

Systems
Oversee the acquisition of appropriate hardware, including:

  • Determine report / data requirements to be generated by the system;
  • Establish hardware requirements;
  • Preparation of call for tenders;
  • Evaluate bids received and provide recommendations as to supplier to be retained;
  • Determine software requirements, evaluate proposals;
  • Recommendations relative to the awarding of the contract.

Project management
Co-ordinate the activities of:

  • Hardware and software providers;
  • Monitor degree of progress of the above and Finance Department employees;
  • Oversee system testing at start up and validate the reports and data generated by the system.
