The project's objective is to set up a new strategy of the decision making process and to restructure the Presidency in order to improve it's efficiency as a whole.
P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc's specialist realized a complete new and modern information technology system.
- First, a master plan was developed to ensure a proper evaluation of the actual and future needs of information at all department levels.
- Second, the implementation of system, application and software is presently underway.
- Our team are also training the Senegalese counterpart and a team of Senegalese will take over at the end of the project.
