Description of project and services rendered
The Government of the Republic of Yemen is executing a five-year Civil Service Modernization Project (CSMP) funded jointly by The World Bank and other international organizations and bilateral donors. The intent is to modernize the Civil Service through restructuring of government institutions and agencies in order to streamline and rationalize the government's administrative and service delivery processes. The purpose is to make the civil service responsive to public needs and become more efficient and effective in developing and executing government policies and programs. Training of Civil Servants to be able to administer the reform and sustain it's critical component of the CSMP.
The team will:
- Train, enable and empower the trainers in the National Training Institutions to address the central issues related to the training skills; and
- Provide the trainers with the technical knowledge, methodology, and case studies.
