Description of project and services rendered
The objective of the project is to provide the Ministry's eleven leading engineers with training on water treatment & networks:
- In conjunction with the St-Laurent cegep, provide fellowship training (hands-on) for these eleven engineers on water treatment & networks (4 weeks in Montreal, Canada);
- Set-up, monitor and control all logistical aspects of this training and follow-up on students' results;
- Elaborate and present a water treatment & networks education program to those eleven engineers. The program had to cover budgeting, accounting, cost control and the management of human, material and financial resources;
- Coordinate the teaching activities, with the St-Laurent cegep;
- Prepare the courses' budgets and ensure they were not exceeded during the execution of the program;
- Development of the financial statements, and reporting documents to be presented to the Ministry, highlighting the project's results.
