Description of project and services rendered
The project necessitated the provision of the following services:
- Elaboration of the organizational structure of the Coordination Cell;
- Project management;
- Assessment of operating expenses;
- Budget preparation and follow-up;
- Management of the training funds;
- Preparation, with local counterparts, of the quarterly disbursement reports;
- Establishment and implementation of an accounting system with emphasis on balance sheets and financial statements;
- Oversee and control all procurement activities;
- Design, test and implement a management information system, that could easily track and report on the implementation status (including financial data) of the various project components.
