P.A. Services Conseils Inc. has to create an Agency to control and regulate the quantity and quality of logs produced in the national territory of Gabon.
- Propose legal forms of the Agency
- Propose the flow chart and the structure of the organization as well as the composition of the board of directors.
- Describe the tasks, functions and responsibilities of the directors for each department and service.
- Describe the functioning and flow chart of these activities as well as the strategic location of its main and regional offices.
- Describe the management information system (MIS) needed and its characteristics and recommend any other equipment necessary.
- Examine and propose the personnel and managers that could be used by this new agency from the NWSG or the Ministry of Water and Forest (competences in quality control)
- Prepare the first operational budget
